i found the staff to be friendly and the grounds were well kept. the all-inclusive drink list was extensive and satisfying. the immaculately kept grounds was like living in paradise each time i stepped out. i had a choice of pools.

the hotel introduced a supplement after i booked my all inclusive stay. i had to pay extra to eat in restaurants advertised as options. the hotel management did not seem to appreciate the issue.

The resort offers several pools for adults and families. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The spa includes a sauna and steam room! There were shows every evening, though some were more exciting than others. I also found the location excellent, right next to the beach and local shops. It was great. My room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. I liked that. The air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a constant cool temperature. The resort staff was generally helpful, assisting with directions and information. The grounds were well maintained, with beautiful gardens and walking paths. The all-inclusive package included a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The buffet offered various choices at each meal, ensuring something for everyone. The outdoor grill served fresh food. I found the service at the pool bar to be efficient. The adult-only area provided a quiet spot, it allowed for relaxation. The animation team worked hard to engage guests. I appreciated the easy access to local buses.

The water in some of the pools was a bit cold in the morning, though it warmed up later in the day.

the complex was amazing and the weather was great. the food was lovely. the staff was so friendly. bus and taxi travel was very straightforward. i hired a boat for half a day in alcudia and had great fun. the facilities were very well looked after and were clean.

the main car park was full upon arrival. i had some difficulty finding an alternative parking spot in the dark.

i stayed in the adults-only section and found it very calm. my room on the ground floor had a patio facing the lake , which was full of wildlife. the adults-only pool included relaxation beds within the water, a very nice touch.

the resort's proximity to the main road made accessing the beach slightly inconvenient , as it required crossing a busy thoroughfare.
